CFR 2021 Annual Christmas Party

Carthage Fire & Rescue held their annual Christmas party on Saturday December 4th.  Current and retired members of the department along with their families enjoyed dinner, dancing and fellowship together.  Each year awards are given for Officer Of The Year, Firefighter Of The Year, and Service Before Self.  This year, Officer Of The Year was awarded to Chief Brian Tyner and Firefighter Of The Year was awarded to Firefighter Fares Saleh.  The Service Before Self Award was awarded posthumously to long time member Max Muse, who passed away earlier this year.  All three are well deserved of acknowledgement, due to there outstanding service and selflessness for the department, fire district, and community.  Thank you to all of our award recipients, members, non-members and families for all of your support and love that makes the Carthage Fire & Rescue all it can be for the community.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
